We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2023, at the age of 87, Donald W. Mongold of Moorefield, West Virginia, born in Dorcas, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William John Mongold and Odie Cathern Mongold (Whetzel); his wife Helen Mongold (Sears); and his siblings, Naomi Ketterman, Arletta Mongold and Bobby Mongold.
He is survived by: his sister Geraldine Long (Robert) of Maysville, WV; his sister-in-law Betty Mongold of Dorcas, WV; his great-nephew Noah Shirk; his caregiver Lori Long; and his pet Dixie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
