She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James C. Carter; her children, Danae Carter of League City, TX and Thea Smith of Louisville, KY.; her grandchild Brynn Alexandria Smith of Louisville, KY.; and her siblings, Clinton R. Price (Joy) of Sugar Land, TX, Samuel E. Price of Charleston, WV and Donna K. Devers (Randy) of Cary, NC.. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
