He is survived by: his parents, Delmas Hose and Virginia Hose (Kelly); his former wife Michelle Renee Woodard; his children, Lacey Rathjen (Jon) of Omaha, NE, Landyn Hose (Hannah Ratliff) of Fisher, WV and Logan Hose of Old Fields, WV; his grandchildren, Cooper Winther, Chase Rathjen, Cambrie Hose and Jesse Brown; his children, Michelle Connor (John) of Sugar Grove, WV, Lucas Hose (Megan Hayes) of East Berlin, PA, Andrew Hose of Bunker Hill, WV and Joelle Huntsberry (Michael) of Winchester, VA.; his nieces and nephews, Charles, Abigail, Emma, Joslyn, Myah, Audrey, Clare, Grace, Maggie, Jack, Thomas, Lyla, Amelia, Avery, Maximus, Jaxson and Allison; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mikayla, Liliana, Analeisa, Lucian Dace, Adara, Reyan, Caleb, Isaiah, Jeremiah, David, Jude, Ada, Isabella, Alexandria, Rylan and Tristan.
