He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Frank "Shank" Gapp and Dora Elizabeth Watts Gapp; his wife Linda Alice Gapp; his son Tyke Gapp; and his brother Matthew G Gapp.
He is survived by: his sister Patsy Hudson of Williamsport, MD; and his sons, Matt Gapp (Becky) of Moorefield, WV and Anthony Gibson (Kimberly) of Catlettsburg, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
