It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Iva Vance of Moorefield, West Virginia, born in Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Reed and Margaret Reed (Weatherholtz). She is survived by: her children, Andrea Milton of Charlottesville, VA, Heather Shirk of Moorefield, WV and Kevin Dillow of Moorefield, WV; her siblings, Carolyn Turner of Petersburg, WV, Carl Reed (Nancy) of Onego, WV and Charles "Chuck" Reed of Petersburg, WV; and her grandchildren, Brenton, Makayla Milton, Tyler Wolford, Mason, Madison Dillow and Faith.
