She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Randolph Whiteman and Ella Mae Myers Whiteman; and her brothers, Lawrence, Wallace, Marvin and Dwane.
She is survived by: her husband David Lee Howell, Sr.; her sons, David L. Howell, II (Stacey), Phillip M. Howell (Heather), Richard A. Howell, Sr. (Jeni) and Brian E. Jenkins (Kaylin) of Moorefield, WV; and her sisters, Sharon Whiteman and Patricia Shilling of Moorefield, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
