He was predeceased by: his parents, Arbeth Roy Wade and Thelma Elizabeth Eddy Wade; and his brother Gary L. Wade. He is survived by: his brother Ken Wade; his children, Holly Landes (Skip) of Moorefield, WV and Stephen Wade (Ann) of Olympia, WA; and his sister Karen Takash of Hagans, WV. He is also survived by two grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
