She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin John and Rhoda Ellen Berg (Whetzel); her granddaughter Ashley McDonald; her great grandchild Rowan McDonald; and her siblings, Ricky, Darvin, Therman, Emory Berg and Beggie M. Kisamore.
She is survived by: her spouse Forist McDonald III; her sons, Forist J. McDonald III (Judy) of Dorcas, WV, Jeffrey Todd McDonald (Valerie) of Rig, WV and Brian Allen McDonald of Moorefield, WV; her siblings, Helen Leatherman (Clarence) of Moorefield, WV, Dotty Champ (Charles) of Purgitsville, WV, Bonnie Heavener (Will) of Petersburg, WV, Judy McIntire (Richard) of Maysville, WV, Sterl Berg of Maysville, WV and Randolph Berg of Elk Garden, WV; and her grandchildren, Forist J. McDonald IV, Emilee Shaffer (Samuel) and Shantel McDonald. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
