She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Vincent Brake and Opal Francis Carr Brake; and her brother Benjamin Brake. She is survived by: her daughter Julia Godwin Brumfield; her granddaughter Lauren Brumfield of Manhattan, NY.; and her niece Lavada Yoakum (Mike). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
