It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Geraldine Tuning of Montrose, West Virginia, born in Richmond, California, who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bise and Winnie Disney; her husband Preston "Peck" Tuning; her son James Wray; her grandson Andy Jeffries; and her stepson Doug Tuning.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Jeffries (John Moats); her grandchildren, Matt Jeffries (Tonya), Heather Wray and Layla; her great grandchildren, Taitem, Holden and Darby Jeffries; her sister Marilyn Rush (Morrie); her niece Deedee Rayfield (Doug); her stepdaughter Debra Phares (Mark); and her close friend Rosie.
