He was predeceased by: his mother Jennie Michele Smith Haller; and his brother William Lee "Will" Smith. He is survived by: his father Thomas E. Kelly Jr. of Stewartstown, PA; his stepparents, James Erwin Haller of Belington and Nancy Jolle of Stewartstown, PA; his close friend Destiny Bolton of Montrose; his grandparents, Thomas E. Kelly Sr. of Delaware, Nancy Schriver, John and Nancy Kernan; and his siblings, Michael David Ambrose of Weston, Jennifer Elizabeth Frazzini (Shawn) of Massachusetts, Amber Brook Kelly and Farrah Eden Jolle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
