Powers and Francis Kudora Powers; his children, Kemberly Perry of Montrose, Crystal White and Michael Hedrick of Elkins; his siblings, Danny Francis White (Debbie) of Dundalk, MD, Mark Shayne White of Bel Air, MD, Linda Gail Eavers of Bel Air, MD and Robin Jo Rybczynski of Perry Hall, MD; his grandchildren, Jesse Coffman, Joshua Coffman, Kiana Waybright, Olivia Perry and Justin White; his great grandchild Colton Coontz; and his brother Timmy David White.
