He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Bennett; his children, Jamie Arbogast (Sara) of Elkins, Misty Rucker (Wes) of Elkins and Cindy Harper (Chuck "Chick") of Kerens; his siblings, Rocky Arbogast of Montrose and Donna McGinnis of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Abigail Arbogast, Harper of Montana and Joshua "Scooter" Phillips; and his great grandchild Avery Humphrey.
Masks and social distancing are required for anyone attending the service.
