He is survived by: his stepmother Genevieve Stark; his wife Brenda Sue Carr; his sons, Wayne Allen Stark of Virginia, William Joseph Stark of Virginia and Brandon Michael Stark of Montrose; his grandchildren, Skylar of Virginia, Tyson of Virginia, Zane of Virginia, Isaiah of Virginia and Scott; and his grandparents, Billy, Brenda and Paisley of Philippi.
