He is survived by: his children, Alan Skogstad of Beverly, Paul Skogstad of Rhode Island, Arlan Skogstad of Rhode Island and Cindy Skogstad of Belington; his brother Norris Ray Skogstad of Fair Banks; and his grandson Donald Eugene "DJ" Kisner II.
