She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Hypes and Maude Rader Hypes; her husband Hoyt Dean; and her sister Ruth Carson. She is survived by: her son Richard Dean of Arlington, VA; her grandchildren, Sara Parker (Tommy) of Belton, TX and William Dean (Michelle Hudson) of Chicago; and her great grandchildren, Makyla, Maddison and Miles.
