He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Linda; his parents, Anthony DiVita and Catherine DiVita; his wife Nancy DiVita; his siblings, Mary Ann, Phyllis and John; his daughters, Sherry Montoya Rick DiVita and Brenda Jarvis; his niece Brenda Jarvis (Sherry Montoya Rick DiVita); his grandchildren, Shane Montoya, Gavin Montoya, Gianna Springer, Ali Abikzer, David Stauber and Sydney Lamers; and his great grandchildren, Autumn, Orion, Layla, Jordan, Aidan, Noah, Isabella and Life Companion Linda Allen.
