He was predeceased by: his parents, George Johnson and Martha Johnson (Terry); and his sisters, Glenna Edwards and Lou Vern Hensley. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sons, Douglas Johnson (Sandra), Shrewsbury Johnson, Andrew Johnson (Christina) and Riverside; his granddaughters, Cassidy, Sydney and Emily; his siblings, Betty Dolin (Robert) of New Haven, WV, George Johnson of Clarksville, TN, Bill Johnson (Bea), Mike Johnson (Joyce) and Butch Johnson; and his friend Joe Gagich (Donna).
