He is survived by: his mother Gloria Hassie (Dwight) of Holly Grove, WV; his brother Travis of Holly Grove, WV; his children, Blake (Tori) of Winston Salem, NC. and Katelyn (Joshua) of Wallsburg, NC.; his grandson Ezra of Winston Salem, NC.; his grandmother Betty Mullins of East Bank, WV; and his significant other Jessi Green of Portsmouth, OH.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
