She is survived by: her children, Dorothy, Sherry Mitchell, Barrette Mitchell, Cheryl Mitchell-Terrell, Shelia Mitchell, Kevin Mitchell, Duane Fairfax Sr. and Sonja Almonte (Jose). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
