She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Phillips and Elizabeth Phillips; and her siblings, Gary, Rod, Gerald, Delores and Nancy.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Davis; her children, Chad Davis (Kessie) of Oak Hill, WV and Kelly Spaulding; her siblings, Thomas Phillips (Karen), Jeanne Phillips-Lever and Karen Phillips-Bellamy (David); her grandchildren, Summer of Montgomery Heights, Hannah of Montgomery Heights and David Spaulding II of Montgomery Heights; and her sister-in-law Ann Phillips-Martin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
