She is survived by: her father Robert Hendrickson of Grayslake, IL; her husband William Mitchem; her stepfather Roger Dean of Wolfe; her daughters, Kaitlyn Mitchem and Felicia Gauger of Bluefield; and her grandchildren, Levi, Molly, Ashton, Elyssa and Ashlynn.
