He is survived by: his son Justin Perry (Samantha); his mother Shirley Perry; his wife Carol; his siblings, Diane Diegel, Debbie Cecil, Denise Kitts, Dana Perry and Joe Perry (Samantha); and also, Tim, Blaine, Dale and Annetta.
