He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Toothman of Fairmont, Bethanne Tucker (Lee Barber) of Fairmont, Lena Maditz (Justin) of Mount Clare, WV, Samantha Thomas (Dustin Bingamon) of Rivesville and Cheyenne Davis (Tyler) of Ohio; his siblings, Ronald "Farmer" Toothman of Rivesville and Donna Able (Gary) of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Alyvia Tucker, Christian Toothman, Emalee Tucker, Charles Asbury, Zane Bingamon, Zariyah Bingamon, Baylee Carroll, Noah Davis and Zendayah Bingamon; and his friend Bud Bright (Sharon Bender). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
