Betty Jean Maddix Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Barton and Mabel Barton; her husband Steve Maddix of Brownton; her siblings, Leroy, Frank, Charles, Marcella, Willa Mae and Connie; and her nephew Hampton Emerson Castleberry II.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen John and Anna Jean; her son-in-law Frank Rogucki of Glenville; her grandchildren, Kristi Ann (Ken McWhirter) of Glenville and Eric Stephan of Glenville; her great grandchild Keely Ann McWhirter of Glenville; and her siblings, Delores Castleberry of Harrisburg, NC, Richard Barton (Millie) of Philippi, Margaret Swisher (Bill) of Elkins, Eugene Cool of Morgantown and Larry Cool of Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family asks that the public observe COVID protocols and wear masks during the services.
