He is survived by: his wife Linda Fraley; his children, Russell Fraley, Jr. of Monaville, Amanda Fraley of Brenton and Sarah Hickman of Williamson; his grandchildren, Andrew Fraley of Barboursville, Hayden McCloud of Logan and Kaleb Russell McCloud of Logan; and his siblings-in-law, Deanna Osborne of Logan, Patty Miller of Whitman and Ricky Osborne of Logan.
