He is survived by: his wife Michelle Mullins; his daughter Morgan Mullins; his stepdaughter Nikki Ellis (Lester Farmer); his grandchildren, Lillie May, Noah and Parker; his parents-in-law, Robert Miller and Darla Miller; his siblings-in-law, Darlina Oversen (Sean), Jennifer Gross (James), Mary Libscomb (Johnathan), Robert Miller (Vanessa) and Mark Miller; his siblings, John Mullins (Debra) and Drema Bates (Greg); his nieces and nephews, Bill Mullins (Angie), Chris Mullins (Jodi), Stephen Mullins (Jennifer), Justin Bates (Jennifer), Kimmi Mullins and Carrie Allen (Jess); and his friends, George, Michelle and Jennifer Cline.
