She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Justice and Ruth Ann Ellis Justice; her siblings, Shelby Cline, Josephine Layne, Curtis Coleman, Ira Justice, Doug Justice, Eugene Justice, Dot Justice, Graham Justice and Russell Justice; her parents-in-law, Amos "Pig" and Opal Bailey; and her son-in-law Denny Mckinney.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Bailey; her daughter Tammy McKinney of Mohawk, WV; her granddaughter Angel Bailey (Buddy) of Mohawk, WV; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Madison, McKenzie and Hayden; and her siblings, Lorene Little of Hurley, VA, Patsy Robinette (Hassell) of Panther, WV, Raymond Justice (Angela) of Mohawk, WV and Jerry Justice (Patty) of Abingdon, VA.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
