He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marion, Lucy Justus, Robert and Barbara Bailey; and his brother Dennis Ducan.
He is survived by: his parents, Harold D. Bailey Sr. of Panther and Doris Justice Dotson; his stepfather Bobby Dotson of Mohawk; his children, Shantelle Bailey (Ryan Johnson) of Welch and Dacota Bailey of Panther; the mother of his children Carmelia Parker (Billy); his grandson Ayden Johnson of Welch; his siblings, Tiana Peck (Josh) of Meadowview, VA and Bobby Tyler Dotson Jr. (Adrienne Matney) of Mohawk; his nephews, Ryder Gibson of Meadowview and Maverick Peck of Meadowview; and his aunts and uncles, Linda James Little of Hurley, Brenda Matney of Hurley, Peggy Shird Mullins of Panther, WV, Caroline Hogston (Tony) of California, KY, Sherman Justus of Basset, Victor Justus of Hurley and Robbie Bailey of Panther. He is also survived by cousins, friends and family.
