He is survived by: his wife Helen Marsh (Jewell); his children, Willie "Billy" James Marsh Jr. of Clarksburg and Virginia "Sissie" McDaniel (Tim) of Moatsville; his granddaughters, Kimberly Gardner (Chad) of Belpre, OH and Kara Duckworth (Adam) of Moatsville; his great grandchildren, Kyler, Shane (Sadie), Ian, Maddison Gardner of Belpre, OH and Ava Pumphrey of Moatsville; and his siblings, John Marsh, Sylvia Teter (Marsh) and Janita Bryner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
