He is survived by: his children, Butch Bolyard of Moatsville, Melvin Bolyard (Kelley) of Moatsville and Karen Jones of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Cody Bolyard (Olivia), Nikki Moats, Cole Bolyard, Lance Nelson and Kevin Nelson; and his great grandchildren, Emery Lynn Bolyard and Barrett Cole Bolyard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
