Ann Allison Obituary

Anna Marie (Lake) Allison, age 78, a former resident of Moatsville, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025 in the Tygart Valley Health and Rehabilitation following an extended illness. She was born on July 4, 1946, in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Earl F. and Margaret (Richards) Lake. Ann was united in Marriage to Larry George Allison on August 8, 1964. She is survived by one grandson, Cody Pinion. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Earl F. and Margaret Lake, her husband Larry Allison, her daughter Stephanie Allison Earnest and grandson Joseph A. Pinion. Ann and her husband enjoyed camping at Twin Lakes and fishing at Teter Creek Lake. She also liked to travel, especially to the Amish Country. In honoring Ann's wishes her remains will be cremated. A celebration of her life will be held in the spring. The Kittle Family Funeral Home 265 Beech Ave., Philippi, is honored to be assisting the family with her arrangements.
