He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Eaton Belt; his children, Valerie Gandee (Josh) of Vienna, WV and Richard M. Belt (Mary) of Mineral Wells; his siblings, Louise Echard of Parkersburg, Joann Nemeth of Elizabeth and Oliver Belt (Lorena) of Elizabeth; and his grandchildren, Allen, Madelyn and Lily. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
