We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2019, at the age of 80, Tommy Vint Batten (Mineral Wells, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershall Batten and Bernice Batten; his brother Charles Batten; and his siblings-in-law, Eugene Leach, William Tuell and Phyllis Leach.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret J. Leach Batten; his children, Darrin Batten (Donna) of Lewis Center, OH and Monica Allen (Mike) of Davisville, WV; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Andrew Batten of Lewis Center, OH, Emily and Ashley Allen of Davisville, WV; his sisters-in-law, Mary Batten of Clinton, OH, Betty Tuell of Mineral Wells and Mary Leach of Vienna; and his stepsister Carolyn Morehead (Frank) of Mogadore, OH.
In lieu of flowers the family's request to send donations to the Big Tygart United Methodist Church 3722 Southern Highway Mineral Wells, WV 26150.
