Kelley of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Diana S. Greathouse Wigal; and her siblings, Paul Yearian, Jerry Wigal, James Yearian, Jeffery Scott Wigal and Stelita Yearian.
She is survived by: her father James V. Wigal (Joann); her caregiver Johnson; her son Jeffrey Kelley; her niece Jessica Collins; and her siblings, Tommy Yearian (Carol), Joella Collins (Rick), Paula Lockhart (Mark), Sterling Wigal (Tammy), Christina Dellinger (Chris), Jeanette, Billy Kidder and Steve Kidder. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
