She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay and Fannie Rexroad Romine; her husband William C. Lowther; and her sons, Cecil Lee Lowther and Brian Eugene Lowther.
She is survived by: her son William Kent Lowther (Lisa) of Mineral Wells; her granddaughters, Alyssa Boggess (Trenton) of Sissonville, WV and Michaela Lowther of Mineral Wells, WV; and her sister Ruth Holbert of Indian Harbor, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
