He is survived by: his wife Paula Bailey Flannery; his sons, Joseph Wayne Flannery (Julie) of Bend, OR and Jeffrey Allan Flannery (Rebecca) of Kaysville, UT; his grandchildren, Ben Lincoln, Lindsey, Josh, Sarah, Hannah, Grace, Nate, Caleb and Emma Flannery; and his siblings, Floretta Long of Washington, WV and Donald Flannery (Alicia) of Petroleum, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and two special great-great nephews.
