He is survived by: his daughters, Savannah, Sierra, Shyanne Hays of Mineral Wells, WV and Kyla Swearingen (Jordan) of Parkersburg; his stepson Garett Foggin of Parkersburg, WV; his brothers, Paul Hays Jr. (Mary Stacy) of Elizabeth, WV and Dean Hays (Lisa) of Elizabeth, WV; and his niece Nicole Hays of Elizabeth, WV.
