With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis G. Wheaton of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, who passed away on November 16, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Armour Wheaton and Dollie DeLong Wheaton; and his brother Armour Wheaton Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Stroehman Wheaton; his children, Carla Adkins (Mert) of Cincinnati, OH and Lewis Glenvile Wheaton II (Dianne) of Mansfield, OH; his grandsons, Dr. Ryan Lewis Wheaton (Jess) of Columbus, OH and Justin Lewis Wheaton (Liz) of Cleveland, OH; his great grandchild Lewis Morgan Wheaton of Columbus, OH; his sister Wanda Matics (Bob) of Williamstown; and his sister-in-law Carol McFarland Wheaton of Parkersburg.
Due to Covid precautions, a private service was held.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made to the Ohio Health Care Hospice, 335 Glassner Ave., Mansfield, OH 44903 in memory of Lewis.
