Larry Gandee Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Gandee of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, who passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Larry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Larry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Larry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, C. E. "Bill" Gandee and Ada Gandee (Archer); his siblings, Paul Gandee and Janet Louise Gandee; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria, Mary and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his wife Flora Gandee; and his daughter Cheryl Gandee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at the Mt. Zion Cemetery (2226 Elizabeth Pike, Mineral Wells, WV 26150).
