She is survived by: her sons, Roger Bush (Terri) of Vienna and David Garry Bush (Patty) of Pittsfield, PA; and her grandchildren, Mack Bush, Erin Spangenberg (Ryan) and Erica Evans (Joshua). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
