Jack L. Patton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack L. Patton (Mineral Wells, West Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on December 19, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Patton and Elsie Patton; his wife Phyllis Faye Patton; his son Dale Patton; his grandson Stephen Patton; his siblings, Rachel "Pete" Cottrill and Ora "Bud" Patton, Jr.; his parents-in-law, Walter and Alma Belcher; and his siblings-in-law, Marcellus "Bob" Cottrill, Ralph, Ople, Clyde, Mayford, Herbert Belcher and Lorena Barnhouse.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael L. Patton (Carla) and Gregory A. Patton (Kathy McKown); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Carla, Katy, Eric, Baylee and Daneah; and his sisters-in-law, Maxine "Pal" Patton, Freda Hutton and Joan Ratliff. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Jack requested that donations be made to wounded Warrior Project of which he himself was a longtime contributor.
