He is survived by: his children, Richard C. Dye, Michael W. Caplinger of Parkersburg, Jeannie Dye of Mineral Wells, Teresa Bunner of Millwood and Cristy Ramsey of Parkersburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-granddaughter, and nieces and nephews.
