We bid farewell to Helen Connie Wright of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 23, 2024 at the age of 88. Helen Connie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Andrew Carder and Edith Pauline Carder (McVey); her siblings, Bill, Rex Carder and Jenny Roberts; and her sister-in-law Donna Carder.
She is survived by: her husband Harry Wright Jr. of Mineral Wells, WV; her children, Beth Sauvageot (Bob) of Tornado, WV, Tim Wright (Lisle) of Mims, FL and Susan Merritt (Mark) of Kenova, WV.; her grandchildren, Alisha Caudill, Andy Caudill (Abi), Chris Sauvageot, Donnie Sauvageot, Larissa Sauvageot, Joshua Wright (Rhubie), Amy Muck (Wayne), Kimberly Thorstenson (Ben), Jodi Mosley (Jake), Kevin Wright (Rachel), Allie Madabhushi (Vashisht) and Katie Merritt; her siblings, Lyle Carder (Mary Jane) of Mineral Wells, WV and Dinah Winans of Belpre, OH; her sister-in-law Pat Carder of Vienna, WV; and her caregivers, Ashley, Becky, Kim, Lisa, Mechelle and Mary. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church (62 Turkey Foot Rd, Mineral Wells, WV 26150). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
