She is survived by: her husband William Dornick; her sons, Greg Dornick (Lisa), Jason Dornick and Eric Dornick (Michelle); her stepson Brad Dornick; her brothers, Eugene Stoops and William Stoops; her grandchildren, Emily, Codi (Samantha), Lexy (Chase) and Kaitlyn (Bryn); her great grandchildren, Forrest, Charlee and Amelia; and her pet Tosh.
