He is survived by: his wife Virginia Harper; his daughters, Amy Nortum (William) of Parkersburg and Lorrie Harper of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Christopher Giffin (Taleena), Brittney Buck (Matt) and Stephanie Giffin; his great grandchildren, Addison, Jasmine, Blake and Braxton; and his nephew John Garst.
