He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis C. Miller and Florence Abbott Miller; his wife Debra Ashley Miller; his children, James E. Ashley and Debra Miller; and his sister Carol "Pinky" Blackwell.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chad Miller (Zevvi), Shawn Miller (Abby), Autumn Miller and Samantha Miller; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Hazel of Laken, C. J., Levi, Cooper, Kimber and Remi.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
