With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale F. Dequasie Sr. (Mineral Wells, West Virginia), born in Little Hocking, Ohio, who passed away on November 21, 2019 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Boyd and Garnet Elizabeth Hendricks DeQuasie; his former wife Ima Rosazetta Buskirk DeQuasie; his wife Inez Marlene DeQuasie; his siblings, Carl Frederick DeQuasie and Wilma DeQuasie Hall; and his grandson Christopher Lee Koon.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Koon (Gerry), Dale DeQuasie Jr. (Mary), Cristine Sims (Kerry), Edwin DeQuasie (David), Jeri Roton (Luther), George Carpenter and Michael Carpenter (Heather). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
