He was predeceased by: his parent Charles West; his sister Debra Wile; and his uncle Buddy Riddle. He is survived by: his parent Lenora Riddle West; his wife Ginny West; his stepchildren, John McIntosh of Parkersburg, Mike McIntosh and Michelle McIntosh; his grandchildren, Michael II, Zachery, Caitlyn and Kiana Pinkerton; his great grandchild Natalie McIntosh; and his sister Pam Prather (Lloyd). He is also survived by one niece; one nephew; several aunts, uncles, cousins and his little girl.
