With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Earl Brown Jr. of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, born in Terra Alta, West Virginia, who passed away on December 22, 2020 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Earl Brown, Sr. and Louise Rector Brown; and his siblings, Tom Brown and Edith Urban. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Parsons Brown; his son Chad Brown (Tami) of Mineral Wells; his grandchildren, Jacob and Cortlyn Brown; his siblings, Ruby Ruppel (Jerry) of Parkersburg and Jerry Brown (Brenda) of Teays Valley, WV; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Brown of Mineral Wells, WWV and Tom Urban of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
